Based at American Councils for International Education we offer a variety of face-to-face and virtual advising services to students and educators interested in learning about U.S. higher education. All services are free and include: regularly scheduled introductory presentations on 5 Steps to U.S. study; group and one-on-one consultations; test preparation reference books; diagnostic TOEFL and SAT; regular scholarship and financial aid opportunity updates; pre-departure orientation and intensive preparation summer workshops. EducationUSA Astana, based at the American Councils for International Education, regularly conducts free seminars on topics related to study in the U.S., group and individual advising sessions, and diagnostic tests for SAT, TOEFL, and GRE. The center’s library has university catalogs, student financial aid information and test preparation materials. Every week, the center conducts free online seminars on the admission process to U.S. colleges and universities.

One of hundreds of advising centers around the world supported by the U.S. Department of State, EducationUSA Armenia provides students with accurate, comprehensive, and current information about how to apply to U.S. colleges and universities. All services, including lending library of test prep and other books, individual consultations, lectures, workshops, sample testing, group advising, and regional outreach, are offered free of charge.
EducationUSA Armenia was established in Armenia in 1992. The Center is administrated by the American Councils for International Education. The center is open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for everyone regardless of age and educational background.

CIE is the only comprehensive EducationUSA Student Advising Center in Georgia, acting as an official representative of the “EducationUSA Supported by the U.S Department of State” network. CIE has developed into one of the premier student advising centers in Georgia, well-known for its competency in study abroad, recruitment for scholarship programs, outreach capacity to traditional and non-traditional students and advising and consultancy to higher educational institutions in the respective fields.
CIE office is located in Tbilisi with four regional branches in Telavi, Akhaltsikhe, Kutaisi and Batumi also conveniently hosted at the premises of local state universities. Advising Centers offer up-to-date materials, resources for test preparation, and reference materials about education in USA.
EducationUSA Turkmenistan Center

The EducationUSA Advising Center (EAC) in Turkmenistan is a part of the global EducationUSA network of more than 400 advising centers supported by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State. The EAC is an open and free information source on educational opportunities in the U.S. and U.S. standardized entrance tests: TOEFL, SAT, LSAT and GRE.
Furthermore, the American Corners in Dashoguz, Mary, and Turkmenabat also serve as regional EducationUSA Advising Centers with a wide range of U.S. higher education preparation resources available to all visitors. EducationUSA Advisers put a priority on reaching out to diverse populations and guiding a wide variety of potential applicants interested in academic programs in the United States.

Administered by American Councils for International Education and based at America House in Chisinau, the EducationUSA adviser has the responsibility to provide accurate, comprehensive, and current information on the application process to U.S. colleges and universities as well as to respond to any inquiries from prospective students.

The work of the EducationUSA advising center is organized so that each visitor can independently learn how to study in the USA, prepare for U.S. standardized tests, and improve English language skills. Students and their parents can also receive answers to any questions concerning study or training in the U.S. Services at the center include access to resources, individualized and group advising, events, workshops, discussion groups, and diagnostic standardized tests to help students prepare for the U.S. application process. Study materials and registration bulletins for standardized tests such as the TOEFL and SAT are available. The adviser enjoys getting to know you, so come and visit the center!
